Osteopathy

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on approach to healthcare that focuses on diagnosing, treating, and           preventing musculoskeletal problems by manipulating and strengthening the body's framework.

Your initial consultation involves a detailed discussion about your symptoms,     medical history, lifestyle, and goals, followed by a physical examination assessing posture, movement, joints, muscles, and any relevant clinical tests.

We  will then discuss the findings and diagnosis, and, where appropriate, begin gentle hands-on treatment.

The appointment will finish with a clear plan outlining next steps, home exercises or advice, and what to expect from future sessions.

Initial Consultation 60mins £75

Follow up 45mins £65

Follow-up osteopathy appointments focus on reviewing your progress, reassessing movement and symptoms, and continuing hands-on treatment as needed.       Treatment is adjusted based on how you’re responding, with ongoing advice and exercises to support recovery and long-term improvement.
